Book Context
After he drives his mom crazy, Max sails across the sea to become King of the Wild Things, but he soon returns home when he realizes he is lonely.
Notes on Texture
The bingsu base is a coated clear, and combines wonderfully with the icee topper to create a soft and sizzly sea foam jelly bingsu.
Notes on Scent
I wanted a blend that was both dreamy and bright - the lavender is the top note, giving that relaxing dreamy scent, and the lemongrass adds that touch of brightness and cheer.
Notes on the Book Cover
To make the cover a bit more slime themed, I mimicked Sendak’s style and drew the Wild Things' feet stepping in some slime.
