Description
Even with eyes protected by the green spectacles, Dorothy and her friends were at first dazzled by the brilliancy of the wonderful City. The streets were lined with beautiful houses all built of green marble and studded everywhere with sparkling emeralds.

Book Context
Dorothy and her companions finally arrive at the City of Emeralds, where the most powerful wizard in the land resides. Before they can enter, they are required to don green glass spectacles. After the wizard is revealed as a fraud, he reveals that the entire Emerald City is actually white, and the requires everyone to wear green glasses to keep up his illusion.
Notes on Texture
The gems in this slime are quite pokey, and are not recommended for those with sensitive hands. To pair with the illusion of the white city masked in green, this slime is green with clear iridescent gems.
Notes on Scent
I wanted to evoke a sense of greenness with this scent blend, so I combined the fresh citrussy notes of lemongrass with the more grassy notes of clary sage.
Notes on the Book Cover
Since this drop is all based around a single book, each book charm is based on a specific chapter from inside the book, using a mashup of artwork by the original illustrator W.W. Denslow.
